Metalfab Ltd. is a manufacturer of Fire Trucks with vehicles in service throughout Canada and the United States through multiple dealers.

Metalfab Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Mechanic/ Assembler. The successful applicant will install mechanical devices and optional accessories on our Fire Trucks. This could include pumps, valves, linkages, doors, trays and other optional equipment required on a Fire Truck.

Familiarity with CAD drawings and the use of small hand tools and measuring devices would be necessary. Experience with the operation of various machine shop equipment, such as, shear, press brake, cut-off saws, etc. would be an asset. Training and/or experience as a Mechanic and/or Assembler would be an asset, but Metalfab will provide training as necessary to the successful applicant.
